UnblockPay’s Services Agreement includes this introduction, the general terms, the incorporated documents and terms (“Agreement”), which forms a legal agreement between UNBLOCKPAY SERVICOS DIGITAIS LTDA (“UnblockPay” or “we”) and you or the entity you represent (“you” and “your”). This Agreement governs your use of the UnblockPay infrastructure services for stablecoins (the “Services”).
The services provided by UnblockPay enable businesses to seamlessly integrate stablecoin solutions for digital transactions, ensuring compliance and efficiency in stablecoin operations. This Agreement is effective upon the date you first access or use the Services (the “Effective Date”) and continues until you or UnblockPay terminates it (this period, the “Term”). If you are utilizing the UnblockPay Services on behalf of a business (a “Business User”), these terms apply to both you and the business entity.
Our Privacy Policy outlines how we collect, utilize, and safeguard the personal data you share with us. Each time you visit our website, create an account (“UnblockPay Account”), or engage with the UnblockPay Services, you consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. This consent remains in effect for as long as you continue to use UnblockPay Services.
You and UnblockPay agree as follows:
A) UnblockPay provides its services through partner companies (“partners”), who integrate UnblockPay’s services within their own offerings, enabling their customers to transact stablecoins.
B) If you are creating an account at UnblockPay on behalf of a business, you confirm that you have the authority to do so and that the services will be used solely for business purposes.
C) UnblockPay reserves the rights to exclude users located in regions where our services are not available (“Restricted Locations”). The list of Restricted Locations is subject to change based on global guidelines following The Office of Foreign Assets Control (“OFAC”) of the US Department of the Treasury.
D) We may require personal information to verify your identity and process your account application. With your permission, our Partner may share this data with us, or we may collect it directly from you. This information may include, but is not limited to, your name, address, and date of birth. It is your responsibility to ensure that the information you provide remains accurate and up-to-date.
E) UnblockPay and its financial partners are not liable for unauthorized access to your UnblockPay Account. Should you suspect any fraudulent activity, you must notify your Partner immediately.
F) You must be 18 years old or have a representative (e.g. parent or legal guardian). If you are a legal entity owned by an individual under the legal contracting age but at least 13 years old, your representative must obtain approval from your board or an authorized officer. The board, authorized officer, parent, or legal guardian is responsible to UnblockPay and is legally bound to this Agreement. You are not permitted to use the Services if you are under 13 years of age.
UnblockPay may subcontract its obligations under this Agreement to third parties.
A) To engage in the buying and selling of stablecoins, you must link at least a valid bank account and a cryptocurrency wallet address (“stablecoin wallet”). Both your connected account and stablecoin wallet must be under your exclusive control.
B) The responsibility for overseeing the security of your connected account and stablecoin wallet remains under your control, ensuring that no unauthorized activities occur.
C) In accordance with our legal compliance framework, we will monitor activity related to your Stablecoin Wallet and review your personal data to prevent financial crimes.
UnblockPay offers fiat currency as well the transfer of the most relevant stablecoins (“stablecoin assets”). For the most updated list of available stablecoins, please contact us.

UnblockPay is not required to provide any updates. If UnblockPay does release an update, you must install it by the deadline specified in the notice. If no specific deadline is provided, the update must be installed within 30 days of the notice date.
Please note UnblockPay does not own, operate, or control any blockchains. Operational changes may occur without notice, and third parties may create copies (“forks”), resulting in multiple versions of a blockchain.
UnblockPay holds no responsibility for blockchains, and by engaging in the buying or selling of stablecoins, you assume the associated risks. We do not guarantee the performance, stability, or security of any blockchain. Using stablecoins inherently carries risks. By utilizing UnblockPay services, you acknowledge that you understand and accept these risks.
A) You may close your UnblockPay Account at any time. However, termination of your account does not absolve you of any prior obligations or rights that arose before termination.
B) UnblockPay reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account without prior notice if we detect violations of these terms, applicable laws, or suspicious activity. Notification will be provided through your Partner Account or via email.
UnblockPay will provide you with support to resolve issues relating to your account and your use of the services through resources and documentation that UnblockPay makes available on its website and in the documentation. UnblockPay’s support is also available by contacting UnblockPay at “Contact Us”. UnblockPay is not responsible for providing support to your customers.
